Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: March 2026. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a GlowXLab membership.

Summary
  • Monthly plan: no refund — your access continues until the billing period ends.
  • Annual plan: no refund — your access continues until the annual period ends.
  • Only exception: if your payment was charged but your account was not activated due to a technical failure, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • You can cancel anytime — you will not be billed again after cancellation.

1. Our Subscription Plans

GlowXLab offers two membership plans:

  • Monthly Plan — ₹99/month. Billed every 30 days. Access to all features for the duration of the billing cycle.
  • Annual Plan — ₹900/year (₹75/month). Billed once per year. Access to all features for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Both plans grant immediate access to the full GlowXLab platform upon successful payment.

2. Monthly Plan — Cancellation & Refund

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to GlowXLab will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • No refund will be issued for any remaining days in the current billing cycle.

Once a monthly billing cycle has been charged and access has been activated, that charge is final and non-refundable.

3. Annual Plan — Cancellation & Refund

You may cancel your annual subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to GlowXLab will continue until the end of the 12-month annual period.
  • You will not be charged again at the next renewal date.
  • No refund will be issued for any unused portion of the annual plan.

Annual memberships are sold as a full 12-month access package. Partial-year refunds are not available regardless of usage.

4. The Only Exception — Failed Payment / Service Not Activated

You are entitled to a full refund if and only if: your payment was successfully charged by our payment processor (Razorpay) but your GlowXLab account was not activated or you were unable to access the service due to a technical error on our end.

In this case, please contact us at glowxlab@gmail.com within 7 days of the failed activation with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your Razorpay payment ID or transaction reference number
  • A brief description of the issue

We will investigate and, if the error is confirmed on our end, process a full refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

The following are explicitly not eligible for a refund:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Partial use of the subscription period
  • Dissatisfaction with AI analysis results
  • Accidental purchase (we recommend cancelling immediately to prevent future charges)
  • Failure to cancel before the next renewal date
  • Device incompatibility or personal internet connectivity issues

6. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your GlowXLab account
  2. Go to Profile → Subscription
  3. Select Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm cancellation

Alternatively, email us at glowxlab@gmail.com and we will process the cancellation within 1 business day. Cancellation requests must be received before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.

7. Payment Gateway

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. GlowXLab does not store your card or bank details. Refunds, where applicable, are credited back to the original payment method through Razorpay and may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes related to refunds or cancellations shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
