By accessing or using the GlowXLab platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and our DPDP Compliance terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Consent to Data Collection & Processing

By using GlowXLab, you consent to the following data practices:

• Photo Upload: Your facial photos and scan images are uploaded to and stored on our encrypted servers (not kept only on your device).
• AI Processing: Your photos and data are processed by our proprietary AI on our servers to generate skin reports and recommendations.
• Dermatologist Review: Our in-house board-certified dermatologists and skin scientists may review anonymized versions of your data to improve AI accuracy and validate results.
• Health Data: Cycle tracking, diet logs, sleep patterns, medication records, and other health data you provide is stored on our servers.
• Cross-Signal Analysis: Your data may be cross-referenced (skin + diet + cycle + sleep + weather) to provide personalized insights.

You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account or contacting privacy@glowxlab.com. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information during the scan and onboarding process. You agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Not upload images of other people without their consent.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our AI or data.
• Not use the platform for any purpose other than personal skin and wellness analysis.

5. AI & Spectral Analysis

Our technology uses advanced computer vision and multi-layer AI to analyze skin markers. While we strive for high accuracy — including calibration for diverse Indian skin tones (Fitzpatrick I-VI) — AI results are probabilistic and can be affected by:

• Lighting conditions and photo quality
• Camera quality and resolution
• Individual skin variations
• Makeup, filters, or photo editing

GlowXLab should be used as a wellness tool alongside professional dermatological care, not as a replacement.

6. Subscription & Payments

GlowXLab offers free and paid (Pro) tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. For cancellation and refund terms, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, algorithms, design, code, and branding on GlowXLab are the intellectual property of GlowXLab. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission. Your uploaded photos remain your property — we only use them as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

GlowXLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on the AI-generated skin reports. This includes but is not limited to: adverse skin reactions from following product recommendations, inaccurate AI analysis, or service interruptions.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings or by emailing us. Upon deletion, all your personal data (photos, scans, health data) will be permanently removed within 30 days. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Age Requirements & Minors

GlowXLab is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may use GlowXLab only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing your child to use GlowXLab, you agree to these Terms on their behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
